A 7-day prep week is included to set you up for success.
Over the course of 7 days, you implement ONE new morning practice per day layering one on top of the other. By adding one practice each day you get to ease into the routine without being overwhelmed. After prep week you begin your 28-day commitment.
You’ll have ample time to connect LIVE, virtually with Ebeth
During LIVE meet-ups on Zoom you’ll receive the support, accountability, and community you need to make meaningful change to your morning routine.
You don’t have to find your own resources
Music recommendations, guided meditations and uplifting written and audio content for marination are provided so you don’t have to find your own.
Simple and delicious recipes + the opportunity to cook LIVE virtually
Adding vegetables to your morning routine is a foreign concept for most people. Ebeth makes the addition easier by providing a list of recommended morning veggies, teaching you how to prep veggies in advance to save time the morning of, AND, you even have the opportunity to cook live with her weekly to prep for the days ahead.

A MESSAGE FROM EBETH
Hello there Love.
I’ve been tapping into the power of morning routines and rituals since my high school days. At that time, I woke up around 5 am to write in my journal, listen to upbeat music, eat breakfast - which often consisted of reheated leftovers from dinner that happened to included veggies -- and briskly walk about 2 miles (mostly uphill) to school. At that time, I didn’t have the experience or education to fully understand the power behind these morning practices,
they just felt natural to me.
During my college years there were periods when I would fall off my typical morning routines. But whenever I was ready to start living my best life again, I would find my way back to them. I always felt more productive, more centered and happier when I did.
Now, as a full-fledged adult, I know how hectic mornings (and life) can be. I’m a businesswoman with a staff of one (myself). I’m a single mom of an intelligent, active 13-year-old son. And I’m a woman committed to improving herself and upleveling her life every day. So I understand that it can feel overwhelming to think about adding one more thing to your morning and life.
I also know, that how you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. I know the habits we practice regularly make us who we are and shape the course of our life. I know that we are all worthy of and deserving of taking time for ourselves each morning to set ourselves up for a delicious life.
I believe in the power of morning routines so deeply that I created this program to help you, and others like you tap into the power of mindful morning routines, just as I have. I look forward to making mornings delicious with you.

ABOUT EBETH
Ebeth Johnson is a mindful eating coach and well-life mentor for women who are ready to live their most delicious life. She has over 20 years of experience as a professional chef, plant-based nutritionist and media personality. Ebeth marries her love of food, cooking, wellness, and mindfulness to encourage and inspire women and their families to incorporate nourishing foods and nurturing lifestyle practices into daily life deliciously with ease and grace. Ebeth is a graduate of NYU’s Food Studies Program, The Natural Gourmet Institute of Food and Health and Cornell’s Plant Based Nutrition Program. She has spent her career teaching and inspiring adults in corporate settings like Whole Foods Market as well as teens and kids through programs at New York Public Library and a variety of youth focused non-profit organizations.

She lives in Virginia (though she is a DC native) with her son Cayenne.
